Privacy Policy

Clear information about what you share with us and how our website handles it.

Effective date — October 24, 2026

This notice describes how we handle information for our current website, digital products, account services, and communications.

1. Who we are

Nurture & Thrive Holistic Health and Wellness provides wellness education and digital resources. This notice describes information handled through our website and communications.

For privacy questions, contact support@nurturethrivewellness.com.

2. Information you provide

Accounts and access: We process your email address, account identifier, authentication information, and records needed to provide account access and recover eligible purchases.

Purchases: Stripe collects payment and billing information, including your billing address, to process payments and calculate applicable tax. We process purchase information needed to confirm payment, deliver resources, manage refunds, and determine access, including product and payment references, amounts, tax, and payment status. We also record your digital-download policy acknowledgment and its timestamp, and authorized download requests.

Inquiries: Our form collects your email address and selected topic. You may also provide your name and a message. We record your optional marketing choice and, when applicable, consent and unsubscribe timestamps.

Early access: When you request program updates through the assessment, we collect your email address and selected program, together with subscription-status and consent records.

Support: If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send.

Opt-out records: When an unsubscribe request is processed, we retain your email address and unsubscribe timestamp to prevent future optional subscriptions from being added accidentally.

3. Wellness assessment and journal entries

The wellness assessment uses your answers in your browser to display results. The early-access request sends your email address and selected program rather than your individual assessment answers. Your selected program may indicate the wellness topics that interest you.

Downloading a printable or fillable journal does not upload your completed journal entries to our website. A download-request record does not establish that you opened, read, or completed a journal.

Please avoid including medical records, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in inquiry forms and support messages.

4. Technical information and cookies

Our website and service providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This may include network identifiers, request times, browser information, authentication activity, and operational events.

Authentication cookies help maintain your signed-in session. Disabling these cookies may prevent account features from working.

Vercel Web Analytics is currently disabled. Vercel Speed Insights has not been set up. Hosting and security logs may still be processed to operate and protect the website.

5. How information is used

We use information to provide account access, process purchases, deliver digital resources, recover purchases, handle refunds, respond to requests, understand interest in future offerings, and protect the website against misuse.

Optional interest in general marketing updates is recorded separately from submitting an inquiry. Submitting a support request does not require choosing marketing updates.

Early-access requests relate to the selected program. Account and purchase messages serve a different purpose from promotional communications.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information, or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing.

We use Supabase for account services, databases, and resource storage; Stripe for payments; Vercel for website hosting; and Resend for transactional email delivery.

Support messages are forwarded through ImprovMX and handled through Gmail. These services process information needed to perform their functions.

Resend email open and click tracking is disabled in our current transactional email setup.

Information may also need to be disclosed to meet applicable legal requirements or address fraud, security incidents, and disputes.

7. Your requests and communication choices

You can contact support@nurturethrivewellness.com to ask about your information or request access, a correction, or deletion. The business owner reviews these requests manually and responds in accordance with applicable requirements.

To stop optional updates, including early-access program news, email support@nurturethrivewellness.com with the address you want unsubscribed. Our Email preferences page provides an email link and instructions.

Unsubscribe requests are processed manually. Opening an email draft does not submit a request; you must send the message.

Once an unsubscribe is recorded, our database safeguards prevent later inquiry or early-access submissions from automatically restoring optional subscriptions for that email address.

Unsubscribing from optional updates does not remove your account or purchased resources. Essential account, purchase, and support messages may still be sent.

We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned before releasing personal records or changing or deleting account information. We use verification appropriate to the request. An ordinary marketing unsubscribe does not require an account sign-in, identity documents, or payment.

Deleting account information may affect dashboard access or purchase recovery. We review the scope and effect of a deletion request and explain any information that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related purposes. Applicable rights and retention exceptions depend on the circumstances.

8. Retention and security

We retain personal information for the purposes described in this notice, taking account of service needs, the sensitivity of the information, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and unresolved requests or disputes. We review information and delete or minimize it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Inquiries and support: We periodically review resolved inquiries that have been inactive for at least 12 months and remove or minimize information no longer needed. This is a review point, not an automatic deletion deadline. Information may be removed earlier when appropriate or retained longer for a documented continuing need.

Interest lists: We retain subscription and consent records while needed to manage the updates you requested. We retain minimal opt-out information so your unsubscribe is respected across future submissions.

Accounts: We retain information needed to provide account access, deliver purchased resources, and recover eligible purchases. We review deletion requests individually and consider any effect on purchased-resource access.

Payments and purchase records: We retain records needed to fulfill purchases, honor applicable credits, manage refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and other applicable recordkeeping requirements. A deletion request does not necessarily require removal of records that must be retained for these purposes.

Technical records: Hosting, authentication, security, and email-delivery records may be retained according to the relevant service-provider settings and operational or legal needs. Backup copies may remain for a period after information is removed from active systems. We do not promise immediate deletion from every log or backup.

The website uses access controls and protected resource delivery. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children and external websites

Our website is designed for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate.

When you follow a link to another website, that website’s privacy practices apply.

10. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our services or information practices change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Where applicable requirements call for additional notice, we will provide it.
