These terms explain the conditions for using the Nurture & Thrive Holistic Health and Wellness website and purchasing or using its educational digital resources. The website is operated by Flavors of Tea, LLC, doing business as Nurture & Thrive Holistic Health and Wellness. Nurture & Thrive, we, us, and our refer to Flavors of Tea, LLC.

Please read these terms, the relevant product description, and our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy before purchasing. The checkout acknowledgment asks you to agree to the Terms of Use and Refund and Digital Delivery Policy.

Our content, assessments, journals, and other resources provide general wellness education and opportunities for personal reflection. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.

Assessment results are educational suggestions, not a diagnosis or confirmation of a health condition.

Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, medical conditions, or changes that may affect your health. Do not delay seeking professional care because of something you read on this website.

Our website and support email are not emergency services.

People have different needs, circumstances, and experiences. We do not promise specific health outcomes from using our resources.

Choose activities that are appropriate for your circumstances. If an activity causes pain or concern, stop and seek appropriate professional guidance.

Provide accurate information when creating an account, requesting access, or making a purchase. Keep account credentials and secure access links private.

Use only accounts and purchased resources you are authorized to access. Do not share sign-in links or attempt to bypass access controls.

If you suspect unauthorized access or need help recovering an eligible purchase, contact support.

The relevant product page and checkout describe the item being purchased, its price, currency, and any applicable taxes or charges. Stripe processes payments. Review the total before completing your purchase.

Each product page identifies what is included with that purchase, the available file formats or access method, and any requirements or access limits. Digital products do not include physical shipment. Whether a purchase is a one-time payment or a subscription will be clearly stated before payment; any subscription terms will be provided before you subscribe.

After successful payment and purchase processing, use the secure download options provided through the confirmation and account-access process. Guest purchasers can use the purchase-access process to recover eligible purchases. Contact support if a purchased file is missing or cannot be accessed.

You will need a compatible device and PDF software to open the files. Saving fillable entries requires software that supports PDF form fields and saving completed forms. Keep a personal backup of your purchased files and saved entries. Website downloads depend on service availability; we do not promise uninterrupted access or lifetime hosting. A valid personal-use license for files already downloaded does not expire merely because website hosting changes.

Copyright in the original content of Nurture & Thrive’s digital products, programs, and accompanying materials is owned by Jerilyn Jackson, except where third-party material is identified. Purchasing a resource or program does not transfer copyright ownership.

Unless a separate written license states otherwise, purchased digital products and access to paid programs are for the purchaser’s personal use. You may save copies on your own devices, complete the files, and print copies for your own use. Program access may not be shared.

Do not forward, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the downloadable files with other people. Each additional user needs their own purchased copy unless a separate written license permits otherwise.

Group use, employee distribution, and corporate licensing require a separate written agreement. Expressing corporate interest does not grant distribution rights.

These terms do not restrict uses or rights that applicable law protects.

Our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy explains delivery, purchase assistance, and refund exceptions for downloadable digital products.

Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, subject to the stated exceptions and applicable law.

Contact support@nurturethrivewellness.com within 14 calendar days of purchase about a duplicate purchase, a technical file defect, or another purchase or delivery issue. We may request reasonable information to verify the issue and provide troubleshooting, a replacement, or a refund as appropriate.

After a full refund, website access to the refunded resource is revoked and your personal-use permission ends. Copies already downloaded are not automatically removed from your device. You must delete those copies and stop using or sharing the resource, subject to applicable law.

Other eligible purchases are unaffected. Do not send passwords, secure access links, or full payment-card details when requesting assistance.

Different terms for future products or programs will be identified before purchase. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.

Offerings labeled as coming soon, in development, or early access are not available for purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

Sharing interest or joining an update list does not require payment or enroll you in a paid program. Joining a list alone does not guarantee availability, a launch date, or a discount. Any separate offer expressly described on a product page is subject to the conditions stated with that offer.

If a journal includes an expressly offered credit toward a future program, the published offer and its stated conditions apply. Purchasing the journal does not purchase or provide access to that future program.

Corporate wellness is currently an interest-gathering experience. Group purchasing and employee access are not yet available.

Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, impersonation, harassment, spam, or attempts to obtain another person’s private information.

Do not interfere with the website, distribute malicious software, or bypass security and download restrictions.

Avoid sending medical records, passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive details through inquiry forms.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website, accounts, or services when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized sharing, security threats, or other material violations of these terms.

We may remove content submitted through our website when reasonably necessary to address these issues. Any handling or deletion of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Where practical, we will explain the reason for an access restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any termination affecting paid resources will remain subject to applicable law and our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle account, purchase, inquiry, and early-access information.

Optional updates are separate from essential account, purchase, and support communications. You can request to stop optional updates through our Email preferences page.

The website relies on external services for functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, and email. Their applicable terms may also govern your interactions with those services.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their content and practices are outside our control.

Maintenance, technical problems, or network interruptions may temporarily affect access. Contact support if you need help with an eligible purchase.

When these terms change, we will update the date shown above. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated where required by applicable law. An update does not retroactively remove rights included with an earlier purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
