Posture & Movement Program

In development

The Neuromuscular Posture Blueprint

You have arrived at the program overview. This self-paced experience is being thoughtfully developed to help you understand everyday movement patterns and approach posture with greater awareness, ease, and confidence.

The purpose

A more compassionate way to think about posture.

Posture is not a test of whether you are sitting or standing “correctly.” It can change throughout the day in response to your routines, surroundings, comfort, stress, movement, and rest.

This educational program is being designed to help you notice those patterns without judgment. The goal is to give you understandable information and realistic practices that can fit into everyday life.

You will be encouraged to work at your own pace, listen to your body, and choose the ideas that feel appropriate for you.
