Nurture & Thrive Holistic Health and Wellness provides holistic health and wellness coaching and educational content via self-paced programs and one-on-one coaching sessions intended to support personal growth, lifestyle change, and overall well-being. Our services are designed to support overall well-being and are for informational, educational, and motivational purposes only and do not replace medical or psychological treatment purposes only.

We are not licensed medical providers, therapists, or dietitians. As such, we do not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions. Any guidance offered through coaching or self-paced programs should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Participation in our services is voluntary and at your own discretion. You accept full responsibility for your health and wellness decisions.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for all programs and sessions unless otherwise specified.

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

  • Coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our platform—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, graphics, and worksheets—is the exclusive property of Nurture & Thrive Holistic Health and Wellness. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any content without explicit written permission.

 

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, unless required by law or with your written permission.

 

7. Client Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully and ethically during coaching or group sessions. We reserve the right to terminate services without a refund if your behavior violates this policy or is abusive, disruptive, or harmful in any way.

 

8. Technology & Access

It is your responsibility to ensure access to reliable internet and compatible technology to use our digital products. We are not responsible for delays or access issues caused by third-party platforms or internet providers.

 

9. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or course participation. Results vary depending on individual effort, consistency, and other factors beyond our control.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, where Nurture & Thrive Holistic Health and Wellness is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
